1. 我们是谁
澳小蜜（英文名 NewBee AU）由个人运营（运营者在新西兰，同时运营新西兰版「新小蜜」newbee.nz），和澳大利亚政府及任何政府机构都没有关系，不代表、也不代理它们。网站上提到的机构名称、网站和表格名称，只是为了指明信息的官方来源。
2. 网站提供什么

3. 不是专业建议

4. AI 回答
- AI 回答由 Anthropic 的 Claude 模型自动生成，发出前没有人工审核。它可能出错、不完整，或没有跟上最新变化。
- 请把 AI 回答当作帮你找到和读懂官方信息的起点：涉及金额、期限、资格条件的，一定要打开回答里的官方原文链接核对。
- 不要在提问里填写护照号、TFN 税号、银行账号、病历等敏感个人信息。
5. 信息的准确性
我们每天自动检查指南引用的官方页面，发现变化会标记「复核中」并重新核对。但我们不能保证所有信息在任何时候都完整、准确或最新；官方页面和本站说法不一致时，一律以官方原文为准。
6. 责任限制
- 网站按「现状」免费提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或依赖本网站内容（包括 AI 回答）而造成的任何损失，网站运营者不承担责任。

9. 账户和隐私

10. 提问次数和邀请
- AI 问答按次数免费使用：未登录的浏览器有少量免费次数，用 Google 登录后另送一次性的次数；邀请朋友注册、获批参加内测，可以再加次数。具体数量以网站上显示的为准。
- 提问次数没有现金价值，不能出售、转让或兑换成钱。回答出错或没有内容时不扣次数。
- 你生成的回答分享页是公开的，请不要在提问里写自己或他人的个人信息。分享页违反法律、侵犯他人或被滥用的，我们可以删除。
- 用多个账号、程序或其他方式刷次数或刷邀请奖励的，我们可以取消相关次数和奖励，或停止服务。
- 我们可能调整次数规则，或停止发放次数，并会在网站上说明。
11. 条款变更和服务停止
我们可能更新这些条款，并在本页标明生效日期；更新后继续使用网站，即表示接受新条款。我们也可能随时修改、暂停或停止网站的任何部分。
12. 适用法律

Terms of use
In short: NewBee AU is an unofficial website run by an individual that summarises public Australian government information for free. It is not a government website and does not give immigration, legal, tax, financial or medical advice. AI answers can be wrong — check the official source before you act. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
NewBee AU (澳小蜜) is run by an individual based in New Zealand, who also runs the New Zealand edition, NewBee (newbee.nz). It is not connected to, and does not represent or act for, the Australian Government, any state or territory government or any government agency. Agency, website and form names are mentioned only to identify the official source of information.
2. What the website provides
- Guides in English and Chinese, based on information published by Australian federal and state government and public agencies, each with links to the official source and the date it was checked.
- An AI assistant that generates answers automatically from these guides and the official pages.
- Everything is free. We do not charge, sell courses or act as an agent.
3. Not professional advice
- Not immigration advice. Under Australia’s Migration Act 1958, immigration assistance may only be given by a registered migration agent or an Australian lawyer. NewBee AU only relays public visa rules. It does not assess whether you can apply or will be granted a visa, choose a visa for you, or fill in forms or write application documents. For immigration advice, find a registered agent on the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority’s public register (mara.gov.au), or ask an Australian lawyer or the Department of Home Affairs.
- Not legal, tax, financial or medical advice. We do not give opinions on your specific dispute, personal tax, investment choices (including super funds) or health. When you need a personal judgement, talk to a qualified professional, or to free official and community services such as state Legal Aid and community legal centres, the Fair Work Ombudsman (13 13 94), the Australian Taxation Office or healthdirect (1800 022 222).
- In an emergency, call 000. For a mental health crisis, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
4. AI answers
- AI answers are generated automatically by Anthropic’s Claude models and are not reviewed by a person before you see them. They may be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Use them as a starting point to find and understand official information. For amounts, deadlines and eligibility, always open the official link in the answer and check.
- Don’t include passport, TFN or bank account numbers, medical records or other sensitive personal details in your questions.
5. Accuracy
We check the official pages our guides cite every day, and flag guides as “Under review” when a page changes. But we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or current at all times. If the official source and NewBee AU differ, the official source prevails.
6. Limitation of liability
- The website is provided free and “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from using or relying on the website, including AI answers.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot be excluded by agreement.
7. Acceptable use
Please don’t: scrape the website or the AI service with automated tools; get around the question limits; attack or disrupt the website; submit unlawful content or try to make the AI produce unlawful, harmful or offensive content; or pretend to be NewBee AU or present our content as government-issued. We may restrict or stop access for anyone who does.
8. Content and copyright
- NewBee AU’s original text, compilation, design and logo belong to the operator. You are welcome to share links; if you republish our original content, credit “NewBee AU au.newbee.one” with a link.
- Our guides summarise publicly available official facts in our own words, with the source and link in each guide. The AI’s reference library only stores official text that may be reused (for example government content published under a Creative Commons Attribution licence, and legislation).
- External websites we link to are the responsibility of their owners; we are not responsible for their content.
9. Accounts and privacy
Signing in with Google is optional, and you can delete your account and data at any time on the “My profile” page. See our privacy notice for how we collect and handle information. If you are under 16, please use the website with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
10. Question allowance and invitations
- The AI assistant is free to use within a question allowance: browsers that aren’t signed in get a few free questions, and signing in with Google adds a one-off allowance. Inviting friends who sign up, or being approved for the beta, adds more. The current numbers are shown on the website.
- Questions have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. Answers that fail or come back empty are not counted.
- Answer share pages you create are public — don’t include your own or anyone else’s personal details in your question. We may remove share pages that break the law, harm others or are misused.
- If anyone uses multiple accounts, scripts or other tricks to gain questions or invitation rewards, we may cancel those questions and rewards or stop providing the service.
- We may change the allowance rules, or stop giving out questions, and will explain any change on the website.
11. Changes and ending the service
We may update these terms and will show the effective date on this page; if you keep using the website after an update, you accept the new terms. We may also change, pause or stop any part of the website at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law (where the operator is based), and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. This does not limit rights you have under Australian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
